Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation confirmation: The reservation must be confirmed and the full amount paid at least 7 days before the scheduled date. The reservation confirmation will be sent via email.
2. Reservation cancellation: The reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 14 days before the flight date. In case of cancellation after this period, a certain percentage of the amount paid will be deducted according to our cancellation policy.
3. Reservation modifications: The reservation can be modified (such as changing dates or destinations) at least 10 days before the flight date. Additional fees may apply upon modification.
4. Document delivery: All documents related to the trip (tickets, hotel vouchers, travel plans) will be sent via email within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
5. Schedule adherence: Customers must adhere to the schedule specified in the itinerary. Delay or non-compliance may result in the loss of some of the booked services without refund.
6. Included services: The tour package includes all the services mentioned in detail in the booking confirmation. Any additional services requested during the trip will be subject to additional charges.
7. Insurance: Advise customers on travel insurance including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies and accidents during the trip.
8. Complaints: Any complaints or comments must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the trip via email or the purchase form available on the website.
9. Responsibilities: We are not responsible for any delay, cancellation or modification in the result of external flights beyond our control, such as bad weather or unforeseen events.
10. Communication: The customer can contact us via email or phone for any inquiries or assistance regarding the booking.
